Have Your Say on NDIS Pricing for 2025–26

The NDIS is inviting participants, providers and the wider disability community to share their views on pricing as part of the 2025–26 Annual Pricing Review - and your voice matters.

Each year, the NDIA reviews NDIS price limits to make sure they continue to support participants to receive quality supports, while also enabling providers to deliver services in a sustainable way. This year’s review places a strong focus on listening and learning from the people who experience the system every day.

A more open and inclusive approach

For the first time, the NDIA has outlined the key areas it will focus on in the pricing review before decisions are made. This means participants, families, providers and advocates have a clearer picture of what’s being considered and can share feedback that’s practical, relevant and meaningful.

What the review will focus on

The 2025–26 Pricing Review will look closely at pricing across five core areas of NDIS supports:

  • Supports provided by disability support workers

  • Therapy services

  • Support coordination

  • Plan management

  • Social, community and civic participation

The review will explore whether current pricing reflects the wide range of supports, settings and individual needs across the NDIS. It will also consider whether pricing should better recognise factors such as provider experience, qualifications, registration status and the outcomes achieved for participants.

Why your feedback is important

Getting pricing right is essential to ensuring the NDIS continues to work well for everyone. The review helps inform pricing decisions that aim to:

  • Provide good value for participants

  • Support fair and consistent outcomes

  • Strengthen and sustain the disability support workforce

  • Encourage high-quality, innovative and person-centred supports

Pricing decisions are informed by many factors, including market conditions, supply and demand, broader economic pressures and comparisons with other sectors.

In response to feedback, the NDIA has committed to sharing recommendations earlier than in previous years. This gives participants, families and providers more time to understand any changes and plan ahead with greater confidence.

How to get involved

You can share your thoughts by taking part in the consultation through NDIS Engage, where you’ll also find background information, consultation papers and the Terms of Reference.

Consultation surveys close at 11.59pm AEDT on 8 February 2026.

Whether you’re a participant, family member, support worker or provider, your perspective is valuable. Taking part in the consultation is a chance to help shape pricing that better reflects real experiences and supports a strong, sustainable NDIS for the future.
